I have received numerous questions on various diets and what they are all about, do they work and who should try them. I thought I would try and run through some of the diets I have been asked about and provide a little feed back on them for everyone. Diets I will be covering over the next few weeks will include:

Just remember, we should always consider real food first, before any ‘diet’ or current fad. It’s hard to go wrong sticking to a whole foods, non-processed diet.
